Armelle NICOLAS was brought up in Bordeaux, city famous for its wines and its French Art de vivre. Post graduate in management and communication, Armelle NICOLAS worked in Paris for 15 years managing company brands in public institutions and international groups. She advised executives on personal and professional image questions, she also organized many events mainly in France, Italy, Morocco, Mexico and Malaysia. In 2005 she moved to China where she advised French institutions (Embassy and Chamber of Commerce) in Beijing and organized events mixing Chinese and Western communities, before creating Manners Today with Susan Sun.
